About Northwest Heating and Cooling

Our history

The owner started in heating and cooling in 2000. She took classes and earned certifications along the way. In 2007 the company was established and opened an office in Airway Heights.

What we work on

Homes come first. We also work on light commercial buildings, on new construction with builders and homeowners, and on retrofits in existing buildings.

The work covers furnaces on natural gas, electricity and propane, air conditioners, air source heat pumps, ductless mini splits, water heaters, unit heaters for shops and garages, venting, gas piping, ductwork and duct insulation, and indoor air quality. See every service.

We do not specialize in electrical work, and we work closely with an electrical contractor in the area.

Much of our work comes from repeat customers and from referrals. Customers who have used us for years call again, and a Realtor who has used us several times refers clients to us.

Washington Labor and Industries lists the company, registered as NW Heating and Cooling Inc, as an active general contractor. The registration number is NWHEAHC926O9, and a contractor bond and insurance are on file, as of October 10, 2026.
