We first used NW Heating when we were having problems with our heat pump. Found NW advertisement, they were available and came within a day. It was not a simple fix, but when they were done, the heat pump worked better than when it was new. I think they fixed problems the installing company had made. When our heat pump quit, NW assessed the problem, advised we needed to update our furnace and got furnace ordered and installed in a reasonable time. I have recommended them to friends.

I have worked with NW Heating Cooling for years. They have installed 4 separate systems in two locations. I was very impressed by the overall work etiquette and detail to their work . I was extremely satisfied with the functionality of there units. Had one small issue that was resolved within 24 hours. Since the last two years, we have never had an issue and systems work perfect. I would never use any other company.

This company is great. Handled a warranty repair very quickly and worked hard to make sure we were covered. Then helped troubleshoot over the phone to prevent a service call. Definitely above and beyond regular service.

I can't say enough nice things about NW Heating & Cooling!! After our furnace went out during an unexpected snowstorm, we had the first company we could get out to our home. They said it was the gas meter which was going to be $800 and then the mother board which was going to be $1200 or we could get a new one for $3500. After sticker shock we decided to get a second opinion. Our realtor suggested NW Heating and Cooling! Jon their tech was able to come out quickly, assess that it was only the igniter touching metal, and after tightening it was fixed for less than $200!! They are honest, knowledgeable and quick! We are definitely customers for life!

We needed an inspection done on our furnace and hot water tank due to selling our home. We had NW Heating and Cooling come out. The guy that came out was really nice and very knowledgeable. He called to confirm the appointment and asked if it was OK to show up early. Pricing extremely reasonable and was less then expected prior to calling.
