• Filters: we replace them for residential and light commercial systems.

With a yearly maintenance agreement, we check the cooling side in spring and the heating side in fall, and you get discounts on repair parts or labor.

How a visit goes

Call (509) 244-6010 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. A technician comes out to look at your system. Much of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.
