What we install and repair
Homes come first, and we also take light commercial jobs, including new construction with builders and homeowners and retrofits of existing systems.
For furnace repairs, we handle:
- Ignition and pilot problems
- Thermostats
- Blower motors
- The heat exchanger
- Airflow and ductwork
On a replacement, we remove the old furnace, install the new one and test it. For maintenance, we inspect the parts, check the airflow and check the safety controls.
We work across Spokane County, including Spokane, Cheney and Deer Park, and in parts of Lincoln and Stevens counties.
"I highly recommend Northwest Heating & Cooling! They installed both our new furnace and AC system, and we've had a great experience with them from start to finish. We recently had an issue with the furnace, and they were incredibly responsive. I reached out that morning, and they had someone out the same day to take a look at it. They quickly figured out what was going on, got everything taken care of, and made sure the system was working properly before they left. It's hard to beat a company that stands behind their work and takes care of their customers that quickly. Great communication, professional service, and excellent customer care. I'll definitely be using Northwest Heating & Cooling again and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!"
