How a visit goes

Call (509) 244-6010 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. A technician comes out to look at your system. For a new mini split, we need to see your home or building first.

Do I need ductwork for a mini split?

No. A ductless mini split needs no ducts, so it can serve a finished room or a home with no ductwork.

Do you repair mini splits, or only install them?

Both. We work on problems with the indoor unit or the outdoor condenser.

What does mini split maintenance include?

Cleaning the filters, checking refrigerant levels and looking over the whole system for wear or damage. See repair and maintenance.

Do you install mini splits in businesses?

Homes come first, and we also take light commercial jobs.
